  Upload detailed photographs of any damaged or defective home goods to expedite the approval process by our quality assurance team.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging to ensure products remain in resaleable condition during transit.

• 4.
  Shipping and Refund

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location to receive your credit or replacement.
